Rice & potato poppers

Ingredients -

1 cup grated potatoes 
1 cup boiled rice 
2 cloves of garlic,  
1tsp lemon juice, 
1 tbsp coriander & pudina leaves, 
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, 
1/2 cup bread crumbs, 
Salt,pepper, chilli pd as per taste. 
1/2 cup maida dissolve in water .
Oil for frying

Method-

  • Mix grated potato, rice salt pepper chilli pd.garlic, half of bread crumbs, dhania pudina.
  • Take a small portion & flatten it .
  • Place one cheese cube & some pomegranate  seeds & make a cylinder shape.
  • Dip in a dissolve maida & roll in a bread crumbs & deep fry it .


Now Enjoy with ketchup or your choice of Dip...
